We reserve the right to modify itineraries or substitute accommodations and activities as needed to ensure the safety and well-being of our clients. However, we cannot guarantee that all planned activities will be completed exactly as scheduled, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or disappointment resulting from these necessary adjustments.
Clients participating in activities such as gorilla trekking must be aware of the inherent risks involved. While we take all reasonable precautions to minimize these risks, including providing experienced guides and adhering to safety protocols, Karibu Uganda Safaris cannot be held responsible for injuries or accidents that may occur during the trek. It is essential that participants are physically fit and capable of undertaking the trek, and that they follow the instructions of their guides at all times.
